We operate as a small business dedicated to crafting each of our items by hand upon receiving your order.

What does this mean?

Essentially, when you place an order with us, that's when our production process commences for your selected item(s).

Our process involves milling the lumber, cutting pieces to the precise dimensions, staining with your chosen stain, assembling the item, and adding any necessary hardware.

Once your item(s) are meticulously crafted, we carefully package them and proceed to ship them out!

Unlike larger retailers, we don't maintain an inventory of pre-made products on our shelves, allowing us to offer a unique customization experience for each customer.

This personalized approach means your piece is handmade and truly one of a kind. However, it also requires some time, and we don't have readily available stock to send your way.

So How long does it take?

The customization aspect sets us apart, enabling you to tailor each piece to your preferences. In terms of the timeline, our current production process typically spans 8-12 weeks from the date of your order to the shipment. It's important to note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on material availability and seasonal demands.

Once your item has been shipped, you can generally expect it to arrive within 5-10 business days.
