Our commitment to uniqueness allows you to personalize each piece according to your preferences, making it truly one of a kind and handcrafted just for you.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once an order is placed and enters production, it cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel, please notify us within the initial 24 hours of placing the order.

In the event of a damaged item or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will promptly address the issue.

For any inquiries or to initiate a return process, reach out to us at TRMWoodCraft@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and rectify it.

Sale Items or Gift Cards:

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Exchanges

Regrettably, due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, exchanges cannot be accommodated.
